Job Scope:

To assist Director in smooth operation of the restaurant with emphasis on producing high quality service to our customers. To demonstrate creativity and skills to develop further business.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the day to day operation of the restaurant.
  • Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service.
  • Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers.
  • Suggesting new menu items based on customers’ preferences and feedback.
  • Training and supervising restaurant staff.
  • Have creative input when it comes to new menu creation.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to achieve sales and profits.
  • Possess and utilise knowledge of the product and company.
  • Work with customers professionally and ethically.
  • Supervise all aspects of restaurant and co-ordinate the effective utilisation of all restaurant team members using effective staffing levels, ensuring all restaurant area are maintained in a hygienic condition at all times.
  • Lead by example – Excellent role model
  • Any other duty deemed necessary by to achieve targets and deliver a level of customer service, which will exceed the expectations of our guests.
  • Be fully conversant with disciplinary procedures and all other relevant human resources practices e.g. sickness/absenteeism.

Experience and qualifications: Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience required in a managerial role . Other appropriate vocational qualifications considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Β£30,000.00-Β£32,000.00 per year
